I dumped my Verizon contract for what for me works much better, particularly for travel, T-Mobile month to month.

None I can think of affords miles or points, but some credit cards accrue them. Hilton HHonors used to award five points per dollar spent on tech / telecom, but they don't anymore; I switched my auto bill pay to another card that earns me miles.
