I believe the Sheraton will soon begin (if not already) a large scale room renovation. I heard that they would do one wing at a time. Meaning when you come off the elevator you would only be able to go one direction as one wing would be closed off. The rooms are surely in need of the update, so good for them for making the investment.

Perhaps they are moving Elites and other VIP guests to the San Cristobal Tower to get them as far away from construction noise as possible in advance?
