A happier outcome would be a rebooted KVS program that does what it used to do in a way that is sustainable, dependable and legal. This thread and earlier discussions make it clear that there's a market. The question is whether the developer is interested in rising to that challenge.

As much as I hate the ExpertFlyer interface, I am now subscribing to ExpertFlyer and will not renew my KVS subscription when it expires.
Why can't KVS make an arrangement with whoever and obtain LEGAL data. Hell, just charge us a bit more if needed. I much prefer the KVS interface to ExpertFlyer's.
