I'm sure it'll be SOMEWHERE on a web site ending in .gov.uk (Google is your friend) - but honest, you really don't need to confirm this from a web site. The UK has not had outbound checks for 30+ years, anybody who has travelled here in living memory will be able to confirm this. In fact many younger people will probably tell you that we "never" had them...
