The GE reimbursement is per card (including AUs), not per account like the fee reimbursement. I know this because Mrs. Lee has never had her own Plat and has always been an AU on mine, and we both got GE and 2x$100 reimbursements within a week of each other, as well as the $200 fee credit that year.
