Finally ready to burn some miles

So,
My wife and I have been churning for a bit now, and have quietly collected:

150K AA miles each
100K UA miles each
100ish Amex MR
300ish Chase UR

We are looking to go somewhere april 4-11 this year, and would like to try a nice business class or possibly first class product. Our airport is ORD. I was considering just hiring one of the miles booking services, but thought I would ask around and see if anyone has searched from ORD lately and found some nice availability to somewhere fun. I ran out of awardnexus points before I found anything

If I remember, a while back a blogger posted some nice bookings that would allow you to "sample" some of the products out there. Does this ring a bell for anyone?
