Can anyone with recent experiences report on arriving at PVG ... without a visa, with a U.S. APEC Business Travel Card, and going for the 72 hour Transit Without Visa before heading to a 3rd country?

Does the US APEC card allow one to use any sort of fast track to get up to an immigration desk officer more quickly? Before they take their usual 20 minutes looking at papers and consulting others before allowing the TWOV entry?
