The Philippines allows visa free entry for U.S. citizens, both for tourism and business entries.

Since I obtained my ABTC, I have entered the Philippines four times. On the earlier three entries, I was admitted for 59-days.

Same thing in Singapore on two entries.

I see nothing in the provisional ABTC rules that states entries of ABTC card holders only receive the longer entry period if they are pre-approved for that country.
