Yep - we all are.
One of my segments of a multi-segment run was cancelled this morning and I asked to take the next flight (same itinerary) that would have been an hour later. The ticket agent would have none of it, and put me on the nonstop. Oh well.
I had the identical argument last week trying to book a multi-segment ticket and -then- trying to use a North American Confirmable upgrade. Instead of giving me a single upgrade across the country, I'm getting upgrades on every segment as I hop around. Ha!
