I am on an AF flight from LHR-CDG in July, booked with Skymiles. I do have the AF PNR#. DL.com says "The seat map for this flight is currently not available. Please try your request again later." AF.com shows the seat but I do not see any way to change it. Is there a way to do it online?
I think for intra-EU flights, AF (at least in Y) doesn't allow you to pick your seat until check-in time. Around T-36 AF will automatically assign you a seat, which I believe you can then change. At least that is how it worked on a recent FLR-CDG trip for me.
