Something happened over the weekend, my account was hacked. Points used to buy merchandise. My account was locked yesterday, called RR support and was able to get the password reset. I had already done that Saturday when I noticed the breach. And SW customer service called me later yesterday notifying me that my account had been locked due to unusual activity, sounded like they were calling quite a few RR members. All back to normal, all points reinstated.
