I had the same thing happen a few months back. I discovered it when I checked my CC and saw the ticket posted at $25 more than I expected. I called back the same day and the Diamond line agent tried to connect to the reissue desk, found the wait to be long, asked me if she could just issue me a $100 credit -- would that be okay? I said sure and the $100 ECV appeared in my wallet.
