CCU has a transfer desk just before the immigration desks. I doubt anyone will be there meeting Indigo arrivals, so you have to stop and ask for the handling agent of Druk air to show up. Indigo may give you some heart ache in BKK if you don't have a visa and say you just plan to transfer. India authorities require the airlines to report visa data....
