Hmmm.. I wonder how that works for KLM/Delta though, where one earns 100% and the other earns 50% (usually). If you were able to claim missing mileage, would you get 100% or 50%?
OTOH BA/AA are both 100% earning partners for MileagePlan but lots of reports of no credit for TATL BA/AA codeshares.

That's what the website says, however there are many past threads on this topic. Experience has shown that if you ask for missing mile credit after the fact you will generally get it.
