I keep suggesting we organize a Boeing tour, but ya, SEA can be pricy.

Or, we can do an aviation museum. There's the usual Dulles Air & Space. Been there...there's the National Museum of the USAF in Dayton, I'd even aim for Cold Lake or Colorado Springs, just to watch.

Or we can just fly. And drink. Not necessarily in that order.
