Hi, read from the following link that BEA Flyer World MC is HK$8/mile for local and HK$4/mile for overseas.

This seems to be correct according to BEA's website:

Did I miss something or misunderstand what was posted in the Beginner card section on page 1, i.e. HK$5/mile both local and oveseas incl Octopus, with no redemption fee?
