hubby will likely sleep through anything. We are used to flying business class but this was too good to pass up.

Galley noise is generally not that loud - but then I can sleep quite easily on a plane. If noise is an issue for you, I would invest in some earplugs as they effectively block out most of the aircraft noise and ambient noise very well.

Menus are available online - I'd expect dinner soon after take off and breakfast two and a half hours before landing.

Regarding queue for the toilets - mostly people wait in the galley area by the door, which is behind row 50. However, there are also two more lavatories ahead by the middle galley as well, so it isn't inconvenient - plus the peak lavatory time is pretty much after breakfast. I'd take that minor issue in exchange for the wider aisle.
