And they have 6 month CDs that can also be funded that way, if the funder has the liquidity to float.
just tried that. max is 250 on their free checking. you can load with PayPal upto 3000. Wondering if this is worth my time. And I am sure Citi would hit me with a cash advance fee. not sure about others, via PayPal.
