Your dispute is certainly not with the credit card companies. Besides, as noted above, you're beyond the terms of limitations to even dispute a charge.
File a CFPB complaint and explain that you're getting the runaround exactly as you have here. The trick is to get out of the trenches. The idiots on the front line are useless. They can't do crap for you and their entire job is to tell you NO and lie re: status.
Thank you for the feedback. Im a chill dude....but Ive had it with this situtaion. Ive cooperated at every turn with these @#$%&.....sent every kind of proof possible. Im over it now....not one more second of my time will I put in resloving it ammicably.
I was able to dispute the charges with my CC issuer since there is no limitation on fraudulent charges. I was sold a tampered product by Ralphs, let Ralphs deal with these idiots at US bank and take responsibilty for fraudsters tamepering with their products.
Im finished with my rant now and would advise people to stay away from the US Bank cards in So Cal, nothing but trouble.
