My iPad Air slipped between the seat and the seat table in 767 BE on a flight from FRA last June. I forgot it, and discovered it missing the next day. Contacted Delta lost and found with all the details. Sadly, I was foolish enough to put the stupid device into "airplane" mode. Of course, it was never "found". Agreed! I had mine in airplane mode as well and thus couldn't ping it to see where it was through "find my iPad." I won't do that again!
