Cancelled Award Flight
I have a round trip booking on AS from SEA-KOA coming up in March for my family of four, and only today logged into my BA account and see that they've "cancelled" our return flight and re-booked us on a later flight. This has happened before (in fact, almost every single time, since I book so early, lol) but THIS time, there is a message in RED that I need to confirm the re-booked flight. The flight appears confirmed, but there was an option in my BA account to 'confirm' the new flight, which I did but then got an error message saying that the functionality wasn't available at this time. This seems typical of error messages I get when I try to do anything for AS flights in my BA account.
Anyway, should I be calling to confirm this new flight for my family, or is this pretty much a done deal? I am not liking how my flight is highlighted in red in my BA account - like I need to be doing something with it!
