GTE Federal Credit Union
As far as I know, GTE Federal Credit Union still has lots of checking, savings and money market accounts that can be opened up to $5,000 for each account with a credit card run that is treated as a purchase. And they have 6 month CDs that can also be funded that way, if the funder has the liquidity to float.
