I got in the MileagePlus Club card with the fee waived for the first year. Just got hit with the $395 fee charge going into my 2nd year. Any way to get this fee waived as well? I called in once, but the rep wasn't having any of it.

Also, the United lounge access card is mailed separately. Will this still work even after I cancel my card?
