Ouch! Sorry to hear that elevating the issue didn't help, but even the Mosaic line seems to be very limited in what in they're able to do, especially when it comes to TrueBlue points. The lag on the points posting can be an issue, so, if you're close, it's best to look at the itineraries under 'Manage Flights' and pull up the 'View/Print' Itinerary under Itinerary Options. Then calculate the points based upon the fare and excluding taxes. I started flying with them last May and qualified in for Mosaic in September and was able to calculate when I would hit it using the method described above. Sorry, but I can't offer a suggestion here because I don't think B6 will take any-thing.
If the benefits are worth it for your type of traveling, e.g. frequent same day changes, I would concur with BlaiseBOS and book a 'points run'. If you do a same day turn-around in Mint on a week-end in February, at $1,287 each way, that should put you over the top. I added a few flights to Florida with the promotion, just in case, flying with B6 eases up over the next couple of months.
