Yes. In the USA the cost of a supplementary Platinum Card is $175 per year. For this fee you may request three cards, one for your spouse and one for (example) a child over 15 or a parent. The supplementary cardholder receive all of the benefits, exactly the same as the primary cardholder. (The airline fee reimbursement benefit is $200 per account, not per card.)

... and working your way through the embedded links. You cannot use your Platinum Card directly for Global Entry or TSA Pre-Check benefits, you must enroll in those programs and use the Platinum Card to pay the fee, which American Express will reimburse.
