What kind of stupid remark is that, Al? Just because you cross the Québec-New Brunswick border does not mean that you suddenly drop into the Stone Age!

According to the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council, in the year 2000 almost 50% of homes in Atlantic Canada had at least one member who regularly used the internet.

Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island had the fourth and fifth highest penetration of internet usage among provinces, following Ontario, BC and Alberta. The lowest penetration was in Québec.
