I would rate it that low ... but what irks me to no end is that it used to be a lot better. They had showers until quite recently and the minimum-cultural-denominator-food is also just a few years old.
Quite unforgivable IMO.

Is that new? The last time I have been there, the SATS lounge had no showers in T3.
