I think that the Club Europe passengers are going to have to get used to passengers from the back using the CE toilet in the new A319 cabin. BA should have foreseen the problems that they have created (extra baggage, loss of toilet, loss of legroom). You can't blame passengers for using the CE toilet when they don't have adequate facilities at the back of the plane.
Applying the logic of the Seat Recline Absolute Right Club, no, they don't get to use the CE toilets. If they wanted to be able to use them they should have paid for it. As they didn't they can just swim in whatever is back there in steerage.
