motnot since we know it's quite common to get different answers from different people, it would be great if you would contact Airoutlet as well. Here's what they told me last month, with my email below their reply:

It does seem odd considering you don't get miles on the Cyber Savers that are higher fares than some of those offered through Airoutlet.
