From the EVA AIR home page :
- hover on Book and Manage Your Trip
- click on Meal Order
- scroll down click on Inflight Menu
- select Departure / Arrival / Flight Number
- click Confirm

Current regular onboard Meal menu only valid till 28 Feb 2015,
you have to wait till 1 Mar 2015 for March inflight menu
