Get out of USA. Go to Southeast Asia. Yes, the flight is long and fare is expensive. But once you get there, everything is much more reasonable. And plenty of child friendly locations. Bali, Penang, Chiang Mai, Singapore, Bangkok. Food is great, and even city tour is great for kids.
