Note: that's actually more generous than Vail, where I think the entire reservation was non-refundable <45 days.
Rates seem a bit high for the area, but maybe not depending on the room size and whether you can fit a family in there! Certainly a better location than (ahem) competitors WA (Hilton) and Hyatt.
