I hope this works out for them, but here's my issues:
- I think the 'garage door' opening will be susceptible to jamming if the case or door takes a major hit.
- The charger thing sounds great, but I already minimize the number of things I need to keep charged. The last thing I want is a suitcase I need to keep charged.
- I think the screen for luggage scale in the folding handle will get destroyed.
If I might add to the list of concerns: I only do carry-on. For me, that means rolling cloths and stuffing it full. I sometimes need to put my knee on my case to zip it closed. I also use the expansion zipper as a compression zipper on occasion. I assume that I am not the only one. Obviously you could not do that with this design. And even if I did not, I would be afraid the door would get jammed if contents shifted to one side or the other.
