Yeah well it's BA. Poor lambs are forced to employ useless contractors, they have no control over the amount of money they spend, no way of changing contractors ir bringing it in house, no way of increasing the time spent cleaning or the number of people cleaning.

If only BA were making a profit they could instead reinvest that profit in an improved product, rather than resting on their reputation with occasional flyers or their near monopoly at heathrow to keep them going in the short term.
