Of course we will all criticise such a disgustingly dirty seat but what is the point unless someone brings it to the attention of BA management?

I recently arrived at my seat in J on a 777 from Dubai which was not only filthy and full of debris but the seat cover was detached from the seat! Cabin crew could not sort it out so an engineer was called to re-attach it. How does this sort of thing happen? I filled out a comments card and would encourage all others to do so when similar situations occur.
