But the problem was when I tried to book that flight as an award, it didn't give me the opportunity to book the Business/First Class Saver award online when I was logged in. But when I logged off, it showed that the Business/First Saver award was available.
I will say I was not looking at expert mode. I was actually just doing an award booking from the home page either logged in or logged out. That is where I was seeing the different award availability.
