they are useless. even ambassador who are more likely to reply but not necessarily helpfully. i have been waiting 2 weeks now for an answer to my questions around the current offers. they replied completely incorrectly the first few times as though they hadn't even read my question. then they said they had passed it onto the people running the setyoursights promo. still heard nothing almost 2 weeks later. bearing in mind i made clear to them the reason i was seeking an answer was to decide if it was worth booking a stay this past weekend or not, i obviously didn't bother so the promo doesn't seem to be doing what it would be aiming to do
