Arriving at the gate area, I was surprised to find the economy class line extremely long and yet people were lined up in an orderly fashion. There was no line for business class passengers, and general boarding was complete within 30 minutes. I just love seeing the NH IOJ reports...especially JFK-NRT as it was my first trip to Tokyo and such excitement and memories in the staggered J.
Agree with the boarding. When we were getting ready to leave JFK I felt the plane move and thought "OH MY GOD SOMETHING HIT US" and then I realized we were backing up to taxi out. There was no way in my mind I thought boarding was already finished and we were on our way.
