No it is too far ahead, 6 hours wouldn't make it possible.

Iceland Air has day flights as well (from BOS, and perhaps from other cities). Not sure if those flights operate in September.

But as mentioned above, all these would require an overnight.
Um if you went via Iceland you wouldn't arrive to the early hours of the morning. It really is a mega waste of time.
