Vancouver will be your exit and entry. Assuming you are flying on a single ticket your baggage will be transferred out bound to Indonesia. In bound, you will need to claim it for customs then drop it off. It will be tagged all the way to Winnipeg when check in when departing Winnipeg.

If you are flying on separate tickets, Winnipeg to Vancouver and another Vancouver to Indonesia, you may need to claim/re-check but it sounds like your ticket AC all the way.
