I can speak only for United Airlines Mileage Plus, who are partner of Skyawards of Emirates: be carefull, you can get only on very few routes miles credited to your Mileage Plus account when flying Emirates (if my knowledge is correct, only on flights between London and Dubai, but I am not sure).
For example no miles from Germany.
