Emirates does have their own Frequent Flyer Program, which can be found here: http://www.skywards.com/

If you click on the "Partners" button on the top of the screen, you should see a list of those companies they partner with.

I believe that Continental and United Airlines are the 2 US Based airlines that have partnerships. See: http://onepass.continental.com/air.htm and http://www.ual.com/site/primary/0,10017,2152,00.html respectively as well.
