Location wise, any of the three are a significant upgrade to the Conrad.

For a first time visitor to Tokyo, Pen has by far the best location, especially if you care about the immediate surroundings around your hotel. MO and SL are convenient in that they're close to major subway stations, but there's more to see, do and eat within 10 minute walking distance from the Pen than the other properties.

Service is a wash among the three.
