Good point. Despite the old joke, and at the risk of derailing the rational for this thread, the almost endless "Beef or Chicken" in virtually the same format, one way or another, becomes increasingly uninteresting. Only the vegetables vary (slightly) but otherwise it's essentially beef in sauce, in a few different descriptive guises.
