Eleven nights is certainly not too long to stay in the Maldives, but it is probably too long to stay at the PH, which is a smaller resort. If one is an avid diver a long stay could be perfect, but otherwise I worry that it could get boring after a week or so.
If it is an option, combining with another resort close to MLE would work well.
