Same PNR, different alliances

As a result of a massive change in travel planning and cancellations by BA I was forced to take a rerouted journey that I had not planned on. My origin was BWI and destination was SIN. Due to the rerouting I was booked on an Air Canada (Star Alliance) ticket all the way to SIN. However my flights were as followed: BWI-YYZ on Air Canada. YYZ-HKG on Cathay Pacific (oneworld), HKG-SIN on Cathay Pacific. When checking in for the first Air Canada flight I gave them my United milegageplus number which appeared on my boarding passes issued by Cathay later in the journey. Will I receive miles for my Cathay operated legs since they were ticketed by Air Canada.

Or should I try and get these miles redeemed into my BA Executive club account?
