Lol 100x. Soo, are you trying to tell me that "elite" specialists (at least in the context of HH cards) are nothing more than the collections department? This makes sense, based on what we already know with regard to the debit card paying capabilities of the Citi HH customer service team, but still? That's a new low (why not just say I have to transfer you to the collections department for this). This also might explain why Citi AA exec team is able to do it themselves, because they truly are the elite desk , and know what they are doing . Still funny though
