Strongly prefer LGA to anywhere in Manhattan, even though it's a dump. Most efficient is to take the M60 from 125th and Lexington to LGA and vice versa.

EWR is more of a hassle to get to unless you're right at Penn Station, and even then it's kind of a pain to take NJ transit and then the Air Train.
