UA conspiracy to "hide" premium cabin award availability?

This does seem like the simple solution.

But I am wondering if UA is trying to actually "hide" premium cabin award availability from Premier members. Is this another conspiracy to prevent people who spend a lot of money with UA on revenue tickets from using their miles to book First/Business award tickets? Are they "hiding" premium award cabin availability?

For non-Premier members, when they look at award avaiability, they may see "tons" of premium cabin availability and think "Wow, it is so easy to book premium cabin award tickets. I should sign up for another Chase card or two to get the sign-up bonus".
