Just wondering. Have sent two emails over the past 12 months to make a complaint and wanting feedback and never had them ever, in memory bother to reply.

I think customer service is nearly non-existent with IHG.
Sent them two missing-stay-forms (for a stay at the beginning in January) in the last two weeks and still did not get an answer nor the points credited...
